Westshore Community Concert Band Welcomes New Players

Join Greater Victoria's newest musical ensemble, bringing together musicians of all ages from the southern Vancouver Island communities of Colwood, Langford, Sooke, Highlands, View Royal and Metchosin. Rehearsals are Tues 7-9:30 pm at Pilgrim United Church 3319 Painter Rd. Bring your Band instrument and rekindle your passion for playing!

  BC SPCA Wild ARC Walk or Run for Wildlife
Saturday, September 13, 2008 @ Royal Roads University
3 km Fun Walk, 5 km Rovers Run (a great trail run with your dog; timed), 5 km Trail Run (timed)
Registration 8:30 - 9:30 am ~ Races at 10:00 am
Join us to support the wildlife at a fun-filled day, with great music, food and prizes for you and your dog. Games for kids and dogs begin at 9:00am.
